We have collaborated with Paignton Zoo and the Wild Planet Trust to bring you Matobo gin.

Matobo is inspired by the Matobo hills of Zimbabwe, a UNESCO world heritage site filled with natural granite rock formations, where the Wild Planet Trust has done conservation work since 1997. The gin aims to raise money for their ongoing work. With each bottle sold, a donation will be made towards the work of the Wild Planet Trust and Paignton Zoo, a contribution that Torbay Gin are proud to be a part of.

It has been handcrafted with 10 carefully selected botanicals to create a juniper led gin, with West African black pepper, acacia and hibiscus.

Torbay Gin

At its heart, Torbay Gin is a classic juniper-led gin, infused with the zest of fresh oranges, the aromatic embrace of locally grown thyme, and a whisper of South Devon sea spaghetti.

After it's infused with these locally sourced ingredients, Torbay Gin is steeped in Butterfly Pea Flowers to give it its' striking blue colour and its colour changing element. Add your mixer of choice and watch our colour changing gin go from a beautiful blue to a vibrant violet colour!

In this juniper led gin, the combination of 10 carefully selected botanicals, including blood orange, raspberry, and sea buckthorn, creates a harmonious blend and flavour sensation.

Our commitment to flavour doesn't stop there; after distillation, our Aurantiaco Gin undergoes a unique infusion process with dehydrated orange peel and raspberries, intensifying its flavour profile to create a truly unforgettable taste.
