Christmas is upon us, and so is prime cocktail season! In true festive fashion, we have created a cocktail full of Christmassy flavours of orange and cranberry. The cocktail uses Aurantiaco, our blood orange and raspberry gin for a real sweet and citrusy drink.
Ingredients:
- 37.5ml Aurantiaco
- 25ml orange liqueur (we use Cointreau)
- 50ml cranberry juice
- 12.5ml lemon juice
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- Cranberries and mint to garnish
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake hard until cocktail shaker is cold
- Double strain over ice in a rocks glass - we like to use a ball of ice in ours.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint, and enjoy!
